What We Do

There are three areas which distinguishes us from the others.

A diverse range of experience with the largest stakeholder management challenges in Canada.  From local neighborhood stakeholder relationships to administering literally thousands as independents, and as parts of larger sector clusters.

Secondly, the tools and techniques we have developed to measurably capture the technical quantification of essential influences on your organization, and then present them in ways your various team levels can readily understand, to achieve a sustainable buy-in program going forward.

And thirdly, we don’t sell home gyms.  Other companies can be like home gym commercials - hype you up with guilt and fantastic promises, and then sell you on buying into their magic solution.  Then next spring you see them on the curb to be taken away.  

We prefer the personal trainer approach.  Our experience has taught us the critical importance of keeping it real. Not selling you into a generic one-size-fits-all program, but working with your team to understand and chart how you really operate on a daily/yearly basis, and what the true needs/goals are of you and your stakeholders.
